Artifacts

1. 2 piece Thundering Fury + 2 piece Gladiator’s Finale/ Shimenawa Reminiscence

-2 piece Thundering Fury bonus: +15% electro damage bonus

-2 piece Gladiator’s Finale/ Shimenawa Reminiscence : +18% Attack

This is another combination of artifacts that can be used for DPS or sub-DPS Lisa, the Thundering Fury bonus increases the electro damage which is really good for her skill and burst, and the Gladiator’s Finale/ Shimenawa Reminiscence bonus gives attack percentage for your character, which overall increases the damage done.

Sands: Attack%/ Energy Recharge Artifact

Goblet: Electro Damage Bonus Artifact

Circlet: Crit Rate/ Crit Damage depending on what you need. Try to keep a 1:2 ratio.

Substat Priority: Crit > Attack% > Energy Recharge

2. 2 piece Thundering Fury + 2 piece Noblesse Oblige

-2 piece Thundering Fury bonus: +15% electro damage bonus

-2 piece Noblesse Oblige Bonus: +20% Elemental Burst Damage

This is another combination of artifacts that can be used for Lisa, the Thundering Fury bonus increases the electro damage which is really good for her skill and burst and the Noblesse Oblige bonus increases the elemental burst damage for the character, so if you use Lisa mainly for her Elemental Burst, this artifact set mix can be a good alternative.

Substat Priority: Crit > Attack% > Energy Recharge

3. Thundersoother

-2 piece bonus: +40% Electro Resistance

-4 Piece Bonus: +35% damage against enemies affected by Electro

The 4 piece Thundersoother is also an artifact set you can use for Lisa because its 2 piece gives you electro resistance and its 4 piece gives you extra 35% damage against enemies affected by Electro, and since Lisa can apply Electro at all times, this can be a great artifact set to go for.

Sands: Attack%/ Energy Recharge Artifact

Circlet: Crit Rate/ Crit Damage depending on what you need. Try to keep a 1:2 ratio.

Substat Priority: Crit > Attack% > Energy Recharge

4. Thundering Fury

-2 piece bonus: +15% Electro damage

-4 Piece Bonus: +40% damage increase caused by Superconduct, Overload, and Electro-Charged. The cooldown of the Elemental Skill will reduce by 1 seconds whenever one of the reactions is triggered. This can only happen once every 0.8 seconds.

4 piece Thundering Fury is often called her Best artifact set but this set won’t help you deal much more damage than the previous sets mentioned because even though the 2 piece bonus gives you an electro damage bonus, the 4 piece bonus won’t be as effective because you would need a lot of Elemental Mastery to get high damage from the reactions and therefore a better artifact set can be used.

Weapons

Skyward Atlas

Skyward Atlas: Skyward Atlas is a 5* weapon and the best in slot weapon for Lisa. It has a high base attack and has attack percent as its main stat. Its passive increases Elemental damage and also deals AoE damage once every 30 seconds.

Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds

Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds: This is a 5* weapon and a very good catalyst you can use for Lisa. It has a high base attack and Crit rate as its main stat which makes it easier to build her. Its passive increases movement speed and increases your Elemental damage bonus every 4 seconds for a maximum of 4 stacks.

Memory of Dust

Memory of Dust: Memory of Dust is a 5* weapon and also a catalyst that you can use for Lisa. It has a high base attack and has a massive amount of attack percent as its main stat. The first part of its passive increases Shield strength and the second part increases damage when you hit an enemy for a maximum of 5 stacks. Also, if you are protected by a shield this effect is increased by 100% so taking a character like Zhongli will help you to utilize this weapon’s full passive.

The Widsith

The Widsith: The Widsith is a 4* weapon but works no less than a 5* weapon because of its passive. It has a decent base attack but gives a huge amount of Crit Damage as its main stat. The unique thing about this weapon is it’s passive that is when the character takes the field, it has a chance to either increase attack, elemental damage, or Elemental Mastery making this weapon the best 4* weapon for her.

Solar Pearl

Solar Pearl: This is a 4* weapon that has a decent base attack and gives Crit rate as its main stat. Its passive is also good that is it increases your Normal, Elemental skill, and Elemental burst damage by a good percent. The only downside is that this is a Battle Pass weapon so it’s not F2P friendly.

Dodoco Tales

Dodoco Tales: Dodoco Tales is a 4* event-limited weapon, it has a decent base attack but has a huge amount of attack percent as its main stat to make up for the low base attack. Its passive increases Charged attack damage and charged attacks increase attack percent making this weapon a good option for Lisa.

Eye of Perception

Eye of Perception: Eye of Perception is also a 4* that you can use for Lisa. It has a good base attack and has attack percent as its main stat. The passive of the weapon is just fine that is the Normal and Charged attacks have a chance to deal physical damage which is fine but not good.

Favonius Codex

Favonius Codex: Favonius Codex is also a 4* weapon you can use for Lisa, it has a good base attack and has Energy Recharge as its main stat so if you’re struggling with having your Burst back up again this weapon can be your best catalyst. The weapon’s passive lets you generate White Particles from Crit Hits and these white particles can be used by any character. The only drawback of using this weapon is that it’s a higher investment weapon that is you need to build Crit rate to use this weapon’s passive.

Hakushin Ring

Hakushin Ring: Hakushin Ring is also a 4* Catalyst and could out-damage other 4* weapons if you use Electro-reactions which Lisa can easily. It has a good base attack and has an Energy Recharge as its main stat which helps in getting her Elemental Burst back quicker. The weapon’s passive gives an Elemental damage bonus to party members of the right element for 6 seconds after Lisa triggers an Electro reaction. So if you use the Eletro-Charged reaction with Childe, for example, he will get an Elemental damage bonus.

Mappa Mare

Mappa Mare: Mappa Mare is a 4* weapon, it has a good base attack and has Elemental Mastery as its main stat. Its passive grants an elemental damage bonus after triggering an Elemental reaction, which is possible for Lisa due to her ability to constantly apple Electro.

FAQS

Ques 1. Is Thundering Fury Lisa’s Best Artifact Set?

Ans. Generally, it is her best artifact set but you would need a lot of Elemental Mastery to make proper use of its 4 piece bonus. So, if you have a lot of EM on Lisa then go for the Thundering Fury set but if you don’t, then we would recommend using 2 piece Thundering Fury + 2 piece Gladiator’s Finale/ Shimenawa Reminiscence.

Ques 2. Can we use Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers for Lisa?

Ans. Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers is good for Support Lisa and not DPS/ Sub-DPS Lisa. So it depends on your build.
